Just curious to know how other institutions deal with photo release forms (or not) when capturing images during events for posting on social media or other advertisement use.
We have not had any issues but are wondering if there are “best practices” that we could be using just to be safe and considerate of our guests.
We would welcome any suggestions, or pertinent experiences.
