Tracking Outreach in POS System

Hi everyone,

I hope you're all enjoying a wonderful holiday season!

I have a question I'd love to pose to the group. At my organization, we offer free outreach programs with the goal of encouraging participants to visit our physical site at a later date. The majority of this outreach is delivered by a dedicated group of education volunteers.

Like many of you, we track the number of individuals served through outreach for grant and reporting purposes. Currently, this data is tracked in a spreadsheet rather than in our POS system.

Ideally, I'd like to centralize all attendance data, both on-site and off-site, within our POS system so it's accessible to staff across the organization. We currently use Altru, which is robust and seems to have strong potential for this kind of tracking.

Have any of you found a successful way to track outreach attendance within your POS system - perhaps by setting it up as a free program, a group sale of another method?

Any insights or examples would be greatly appreciated.

Happy holidays, and thank you in advance!
